A guide, not a gate. Select a stage to see what you do, what you get, and what it deliberately doesn't claim.
Designed to be trusted, not just used
These principles guide every design and product decision, from the first pilot onwards.
Honest by default
Every label says what it means. No invented scores, no inflated numbers, and a clear line between what's live and what's planned.
Private by design
Evidence and assessment answers stay private. Organisations choose what's public and preview it before publishing.
People make decisions
Trained reviewers make verification decisions, with reasons, review dates and a route to appeal.
Accessible to all
Designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard friendly, readable contrast, plain language and light pages for slow connections.
Ready for many languages
Built so new languages can be added without rebuilding. Launch languages will be confirmed with the pilot group.
AI with guardrails
AI tools arrive only after testing, with source links, data limits and a way to do every task without them.
Built around the organisations who use it
Know what to strengthen first, and how
- Take a capacity assessment covering governance, safeguarding, finance and more.
- Get templates, guides and short courses matched to your findings.
- Build a clear profile so partners understand what you do.
Make your expertise visible to the right partners
- Publish programme experience, target groups and collaboration interests.
- Find organisations with complementary strengths across countries.
- Share your tools with organisations building their capacity.
Trainers, universities, municipalities and funders
- Contribute learning resources through a reviewed contributor process.
- Explore structured cooperation with organisations in the network.
- Access for these groups opens once participation rules are approved.
Start focused. Grow with evidence.
Core network pilot
Profiles, verification, assessment, Academy, directory and opportunities.
Development and connection
Partner matching, development plans and learning records.
Collaboration and intelligence
Shared projects, impact reporting and tested AI tools.
International ecosystem
More regions and languages, as demand supports it.
Does it cost anything?
No. The pilot is free. If paid services are ever introduced, we'll say clearly which features are free and which are not before anything changes.
Does joining make us members of United Vision ry?
No. Vision Network is led by United Vision ry, but taking part is separate from membership of the association.
Will verification help us get funding?
Verification shows partners what was checked about your organisation. It doesn't make you eligible for any grant: each funder sets and decides its own eligibility.
Who can see our assessment answers?
Only your organisation's team, by default. Answers never appear in the directory, and there are no public rankings.
Help shape the first version
We're looking for NGOs that want to test the core platform and tell us honestly what works for them.
