Audiences, roles and benefits

Built for NGOs, and the people who run them

The pilot is for non-governmental organisations that want to strengthen how they work and find the right partners. Individuals join as representatives of their organisation, with a clear role.

Who it's for

Four groups, different routes in

NGOs are the core of the network. Other organisations can take part in specific ways once the rules for their participation are approved.

Eligibility is being confirmedWhich types of organisation, which countries and which languages the pilot will cover haven't been decided yet. Participation by individuals, informal groups or anyone under 18 needs its own policy and isn't part of the pilot by default. Register interest and we'll tell you when the rules are set.
Team roles

Everyone has their own login

No shared organisation passwords. An admin invites colleagues, and each person's role decides what they can change.

Proposed roles and what each can do. Role names and permissions may change before V1.

Several organisations

One account, every organisation you represent

Many people work with more than one NGO: a board seat here, a coordinator role there. With one personal account you can switch between organisations, and the platform always shows which one you're acting for.

  • A separate role in each organisation, set by that organisation's admin.
  • Private data never crosses between organisations, even for the same person.
  • Personal settings are kept apart from organisation settings.

What joining means

Before you register, here's exactly what taking part in the pilot involves.

Joining does mean

  • Free access to the V1 tools once your organisation is accepted into the pilot.
  • A profile you control, with a preview before anything becomes public.
  • The option to apply for verification, reviewed by a trained person.
  • A private assessment and recommendations only your team sees by default.
  • A chance to tell us honestly what works, and to shape what comes next.

Joining doesn't mean

  • Membership of United Vision ry. The network and the association are separate.
  • Accreditation, certification or endorsement of your organisation.
  • Any entitlement to funding. Vision Network doesn't award grants.
  • A public ranking. Assessment results are never compared publicly.
  • A long-term commitment. You can leave, and your data is handled under the privacy policy (in draft).

Is your organisation a good fit?

Tell us about your organisation and we'll contact you when pilot eligibility is confirmed. Registering doesn't commit you to anything.
